If you purchase new equipment from us, you are eligible for a lifetime installation warranty. This warranty covers the cost of any covered equipment that fails as a result of installation or repair. If your vehicle is experiencing a problem that qualifies for coverage under our Lifetime Installation Warranty, we will remove the problem equipment, repair it, or replace it at no charge. We will pre-check any previously installed equipment before installation to determine if it is functional so there is no need to pay an additional fee. If your vehicle's previously installed equipment is not functional and you decide to purchase replacement equipment and have it installed by us, there will be an additional bench test fee.
